Customer loyalty program
Object of hunting centre „Purnavu Muiža” is to build and maintain relations with clients in long term. Working on the selection of assortment of goods and offered services for the store, we always think of what is important and essential for the client, so that he would like to come back to our centre.
Honouring loyalty of our customers, we have created Customer Loyalty Program, which offers our loyal clients particularly favourable terms in our centre.
Buying products in hunting store, as well as using any of our centre’s services for the sum which is more than 500 EUR, we offer to obtain Customer loyalty card (client fills in Loyal customer form), which further serves as a client identification mean. With this card all of the client’s purchases made in our centre are being counted and discount rate for the goods and services is being assigned accordingly:
- reaching the total amount of all purchases, equal to 7 000 EUR – 3% discount for further purchases;
- reaching the total amount of all purchases, equal to 15 000 EUR – 5% discount for further purchases;
- reaching the total amount of all purchases, equal to 30 000 EUR – 7% discount for further purchases.
For the owners of Customer loyalty cards we offer to get information about special offers for loyal customers, all of the promotions and news, as well as we offer to get invitations to our centre’s organized events – hunting trips, competitions.
Counting of all clients’ purchases and program’s participants’ identification are being executed with the customer cards.
Customer loyalty card’s regulations are not valid for purchasing on credit and for purchasing goods with promotional prices.
Card is being issued free of charge; its period of use is not limited. If the card is damaged, you can change it in our store, if it is lost – on the base of application form you will be provided with a new one.
Company ensures protection of personal data and doesn’t allow unauthorized distribution of information. Your provided information will be used to create special offers, as well as to make statistic reports on selling.
